The field of administrative law comprises legal relationships in which one party is a public authority or is authorized by a public authority and decides about a right, obligation or benefit of another person. Within the scope of administrative law, we offer to advise and represent individuals and companies in proceedings before administrative authorities (e.g. inspection, obtaining permits and consent, obtaining citizenship and permanent residence, single residence and work permit) at all levels of administrative procedure as well as in administrative disputes before the Administration court of the Republic of Slovenia.
