Law candidate Alja Hübscher graduated from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana in 2016, and two years later, she also earned her master’s degree with honors (cum laude – 10). Immediately after completing the fifth year of her studies, she started working at the Legal Service of the Ministry of Defense, where she passed the professional exam in general administrative procedure and was appointed as a member of the Permanent Commission for the Investigation of Air Accidents and Incidents involving military aircraft. She completed her judicial internship at the Higher Court in Ljubljana and passed the bar exam in 2020. She continued her professional career at the Law Firm in Ljubljana and then joined the Law Firm Cepič Umek Pograjc in 2023. She communicates with clients in Slovenian and English, primarily working in the field of civil law. Consultations with clients are by appointment.
We are aware that timely action and advice to clients makes it much easier to solve legal problems while a problem is still arising. At the same time, it prevents new problems from arising. This is why we are always available to clients to advise them without delay on their problems.
